Goodbye to Yurimaguas

It`s been over one week since I left Yurimaguas and I was meaning to write this some time ago. Being in the Bolivian-Chilean desert, with very little knowledge of where I am in terms of modern maps, and where it gets so cold I sleep with layers of socks, the three pants I brought, and with a hat I stole from a friend, it`s easy to think about 100 degree wether, jumping in rivers and then having to squeeze microscopic worms out of your skin that leave a small red dot where they try to impregnate you, and of course, the relief of rainstorms.
